Gaurishaa Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product – If the item arrives damaged

To qualify for a refund:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos along with your order number
  • Email: support@gaurishaa.in

Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the specified timeline.

⚠️ Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Returns for Store Credit (Design / Preference Issues)

If you do not like the design or feel it doesn’t suit you, we do not offer cash refunds.

However, you can:

  • Return the product for Store Credit, or
  • Request an Exchange (subject to availability)

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Store Credit Details:

  • Issued after product inspection
  • Valid for future purchases
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for design preference or fit issues
  • Processed only after receiving and approving the returned product
  • Subject to stock availability
  • If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid

4. Return Process

a) Email us at support@gaurishaa.in within 48 hours

b) Share:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear images/videos

c) Once approved, follow the return instructions

d) Ship the product in original packaging

e) After inspection, your refund / store credit / exchange will be processed.

5. Important Notes

  • Customized or discounted items may not be eligible for return/exchange
  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screens are not defects
  • All requests are subject to approval after inspection
