Gaurishaa - Return & Exchange Policy

At Gaurishaa, we want you to love every pair of earrings you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 2-day return & exchange window under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility
Returns/exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, worn/used earrings cannot be returned.

2. Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
Once approved, you can return the product to us.
Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective/damaged).

3. Exchanges
You can exchange your product for another style of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer).
Exchange depends on availability of stock.

4. Refunds
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode.

Your refund has been initiated and should reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged/Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
