1. Introduction
Welcome to Gaurishaa. By accessing or shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Products
While we ensure quality checks, slight variations in design/stone/color may occur.
Product images are for reference only; actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our official website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
Payment options: [insert available methods – UPI, bank transfer, COD, etc.].
For Cash on Delivery, full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
In case of damaged or defective products, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/pictures.
If approved, we will replace the item (subject to availability) or issue store credit.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

7. Intellectual Property
All images, branding, and content created by Gaurishaa belong to us.
